Battlefield 3 DLC Details Announced

Earlier today, DICE announced that three DLC map packs are in the works which will also introduce new game modes and weaponry.

The expansions packs will be titled Close Quarters, Armored Kill and End Game. The first to be released, being Close Quarters, will see players battle it out in interior-only areas while an unseen battle rages on the exterior.

Close Quarters is said to be released in June of this year and will also bring with it new assignments and unique dog tags as well as new maps and weaponry.

This is great news for all Battlefield 3 fans, and with the other two DLC packs to be released afterwards, and in the same year, it reinforces the value that BF3 holds for the community.
